Thanks everyone.
Tim: there is actually no connection between the blue and the coloured chocolates. The blue was the underpainting of what I intended to do in acrylics but then gave up on. The coloured version was a completely fresh start in pastels which is a medium I tend to understand much better.

Wooohooo Rose! The pralines are wonderful! Fits perfect to easter time! Joanie, I am sorry, I can't participate this time. It is hard at the moment to get some minutes to breath, very hard to have a little time to eat, nearly no chance for sleeping and so I don't have no time for drawing, painting or something else I would love to do. In ten days I will be in London , after that I have more time to spend for things I love. Btw - I love the photo of the guatemaltetic (??) woman!

Have a great time, Martina! Uta, I can't wait to see your photos!
Laura, I think you did a fine job on this! Black animals are really difficult sometimes & long, wavy hair makes it even harder! There's always room for improvement but you really did well for a first try!

Great stuff Laura - well done!
I love how the reddish shading on the muzzle makes it come forward.

Come in and talk for a while and let us know what you're up to lately. Probably not much with all the snow you Canadians have had this winter. LOL Miss you too
