I just got this email from the Mike Sibley website.......seems as if they are having a big sale on his book (slightly damaged etc.) But they are still intact................this would be a good opportunity for those who would like to have his book but not pay an enormous price for it.
It is not worth the $85.00 but at $35 or less .................I would say it is worth it. But that is up to you.
I just thought I would pass this information on to all of you.

REDUCED PRICE BOOKS
I'm clearing the studio and found a number of slightly imperfect books. The flaws are minor, mostly cosmetic, and they won't spoil your enjoyment. The following (first come, first served) are reduced from the full price of £35 GBP ($70 US):
* Pages 261 & 268 blank - page copies have been pasted in — £20 ($40)
* Bent, untrimmed corner to page 131 — £28 ($56)
* Slight damp intrusion so book will not lay perfectly flat — £28 ($56)
* Bent, untrimmed corner to page 131 — £28 ($56)
* Bent, untrimmed corner to page 101 — £28 ($56)
* Pages 1 and 2 creased — £23 ($46)
* Bent bottom corners to cover and all pages — £18 ($36)
* Small split in spine — £28 ($56)
To secure one of these copies just email me, quoting the item number in the list above and your location, and I'll be happy to calculate the postage costs and reserve it for you.
GENEROUS BOOK DISCOUNTS STILL AVAILABLE
If you prefer a pristine copy but are concerned about the cost, get together with your friends or colleagues and place a group order to qualify for a discount.
* Discounts start at just 2 copies
* Order 3 copies or more and I'll ship by the cheaper Priority M-Bag service
* You could save up to 28% per book or
* pay just £25.20 ($50.40) per copy including shipping
* Offer open to all - artists, students, teachers, libraries...
The only condition is that all books must be shipped to a single address.
Play around with the Quick Cost Calculator to see how much you could save.

The venue (except for April) will be Sawley Village Hall, four miles west of Ripon, two miles from the World Heritage site of Fountains Abbey, and on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales. Stunning scenery and good company guaranteed!
The UK Workshops page has full details, a booking form and links to local accommodation (from hotels and B&B to camp sites), places of local interest, maps of the area, transportation links, and the venue itself.

My 5-day Yellowstone Park workshop in June 2008 is fully booked except for one place for the first two days — Workshop details.
I plan to return twice in 2009 visiting three states each time. To find out where I'll be, sign up to my US Workshop mailing list or email me to suggest your own location or venue.
AUSTRALIA WORKSHOPS
I'm proposing to hold workshops in Australia in 2010. Melbourne will be my first call but I'm open to any suggestions for other locations - please email me and I'll be happy to consider your recommendations.
