I lift my hat and put my head to the floor. (Translation of a german saying - if it is nonsense please tell me...) Don't worry Martina - Joanie is always delighted with new and foreign expressions... I'm forever giving her a taste of some of mine! ;D ;D Joanie, it's wonderful to see all your work here. For one who claims that drawing is not her specialty you really have some amazing stuff! Bravo!

Good works with graphite, the detailed landscape this mainly in the work of the leaves, is effective to be observant of the details and to find the resistances

This is really cool Joanie! I like your foreshortening. Very realistic in fantasy context.

Joanie, I always forget to look at the albums but I'm glad I saw this one! You're just terrific and I do wish you'd show more of your art to us. I know the watercolors can't be all that bad and you do beautiful acrylic work!
This dragon is great! Are you doing lots of fantasy work now? I wanna see MORE!!!!!

Thanks everyone. I liked this one. It is a combination of different dragon parts from a book. I thought it would be fun to do and it was. I might do some more, I enjoyed it.
No, I'm not really into fantasy drawing, Jan. But it is fun to draw every now and then - it takes away the stress of trying to draw/paint realistic pictures as there is nothing to compare it to. You just draw what you want and to heck with realism.

loooooooooooooool
What a wonderful dragon, Joanie!!!!!
You know what - he looks like our old english teacher - Miss Pfeiffer. She always lookd so strong.
We have kind of "american idol" here too. It is perfect to draw whil watching young people realizing their dreams. And the music isn't bad at all. I like it.
