If he's a sorta "new guy on the block", I probably won't know at all! I don't keep up with movie stars or personalities that much. So, it doesn't surprise me that I don't know him yet. It looks to be coming along very well from what I can see so far. Keep on posting - I might just surprise you & may even have heard of the guy! lol

Wow Bird,no that is not who it is ,,but I wonder if this Rickman guy really knows who his daddy is?When I get mine finish ,come back and compare the two. Jan,unless you been living in a cave with no TV or radio for the last 40 yrs. ,you will know the name. You may not be able to tell by the picture, but very few parts of the world that don't know the name or at least a name that he was a part of.

Oh Rose, I think this could be - I was thinking all the time how the actor is called who played the character of Dracula's Dr. Van Helsing.
Let's see, what Ted says.

No it is not Peter, but the age is closer, but my guy will never look as old as you guy did when he died. They was both from England though. I was going to wait on posting an update until it looked a little more like his self ,but this might help.He still have Bird's guy hair line.

I think it might be John Lennon, perhaps without his glasses?

Whoa! This was some fun Ted!
Amazing how many people we could find with similar facial characteristics. I think the guessing game has made this such fun for everyone!
Carry on, Ted. It's looking great!

Yep, I've heard of John Lennon! lol But am so used to seeing him with glasses, that didn't even consider him when I saw your drawing! Funny how our minds DO expect to see one thing even if something else entirely is there!
Keep on, it's looking great!

Andrea,I gave you a karma point .It went from 11 to 12 ,,do I take it back for you not noticing. "used to seeing him with glasses"That was what I meant by not a common pose.He had them in His later years. "at least a name that he was a part of." A lots of people may have know them as a group not by their names. Now if I can only get the xxx picture drawn.

I think that it is interesting that all of our guesses were male and British ...way to go Andrea . We were in New york City last year and my daughter and my brother in law took a transome ride through Central PArk. LAter my daughter commented that they passed some war memorial ..or something like that .She took a picture and showed it to me. Inscribed in the middle of the memorial it said "Imagine" I looked at her and said that would be the memorial to John Lennon She asked me who that was so I proceeded to sing a whole whack of Beatles songs to her ( I'm really never been a Beatles fan but it is amazing at how much of their music is in every part of our lives ) . Nicely done Ted ...now hurry up and finish

Same here Tim,never was into the boys myself unless I was trying to impress a girl with one of their love song. But I heard George Harrison's album 'All things must pass' in '70 and it was one of the most listen to album I have ever had.I wore it out and now I have the CD. I have it in my car.I have been in one of my low places and pull off the road ,put the CD in ,close my eyes a while and come back a better person. If anyone have not heard any of the songs on that album ,,go here web.mit.edu/scholvin/www/harrison/c301.htm and just read them as peoms if you like .George and John was into life and both died too young.I feel their music will live for the end of man kind.
